Adoption of the Agenda

 

Agenda was approved by all.

Adoption of the January 12th minutes

 

Minutes approved by Jacques Rochon and seconded by Howard Green.

Financial Report

 

Pauline gave the information to Raymond – the balance in the account is $2237.10.

 

4.

 

Road 101 – access ramp

 

A request has been sent in the past in August 1993 and a recent in April 2011 to the Department of Transportation. This is to make it safer to access the Lake Road. The angle is too steep and reduced visibility. Ongoing.

 

 

5.

 

 

Septic tanks/bulky waste

 

Olivier Joubert the town inspector began to tour of the lots with a suspicious of noncompliance. In the case of noncompliance, people have one month to start the corrections.

 

For the bulky waste on properties, seems ok for now.

Curve nearby Howard

 

 

This is about finding a way to decrease the curves because it is currently unsafe. Ongoing.

Civic addresses no.

 

Should be done this year. Ongoing with Jean-Philippe next week.

Internet members

 

The Association des Riverains du Lac Tee will become member for the internet. The Internet Committee has decided to remove the charges  ($125). So it will cost $30 per month the first 12 months and thereafter $10 per month.

 

Access to the Internet for the secretary (Nancy) will be paid from the month of April. This access will remain the property of the committee. Approved by Howard and seconded by Jeannine.

Neighbour’s day

 

Nancy checked the site of the celebration of neighbors and entered the association. The date is at our discretion. We could do it in July on a Saturday at lunch with briefing at the same time. A pot luck would be interesting as well as activities for children. Ongoing.

PDE Project with OBUT for profiling Tee Lake

 

-          Next meeting May 3rd in Ville-Marie.

-          Understand the flow of streams and their number.

-          Finding the different possible sources of pollution.

-          Notes on file - Innergex.

-           Ongoing.

Logo

 

It was proposed to write next to the logo Tee Lake Residents Association so that it is readable. Howard and Nancy will follow up.

A petition to the provincial government website has been launched saying that the law no. 4 is not sufficient which is negotiating individually with the town. To be continued in the media.

 

A request has been made for water sampling - $250.

 

 

 

Find interesting ways to raise money as, for 50/50, guess the date that the lake melts, etc.

 

 

Jeannine has a list of residents who ordered and shrubs, this is continuous from year to year. They will be distributed during the third week of June.
